Obstructing Official Business Charge Dismissed

Resident Charged with Obstruction of Official Business For Slamming the Front Door As Police Approached In State v. Crawford, 2013-Ohio-4398, the Defendant was charged with one count of obstructing official business, in violation of R.C. 2921.31(A), a second degree misdemeanor. In July of 2012, the police executed a search warrant for a residence.
