Good news for Ohio drivers with lead feet.  On some Ohio highways, the speed limit will be going up to 70 mph on July 1, 2013.

Under the new law, drivers will be permitted to drive 70 mph on rural interstates.  Drivers will also be allowed to drive 65 mph on certain urban outer belts. Drivers can also go 60 mph on all two-lane state highways outside city limits and 55 on interstates in congested areas.
