Ohio’s Concealed Carry Laws

We were excited to again work with the OSBA on a Law You Can Use video providing information about some recent changes in the law with regard to Ohio’s concealed carry laws.  Knowing your rights as a concealed handgun permit holder is critical.

This is particularly true if you run into any trouble with the law — for example an OVI or domestic violence charge.  Having a criminal charge on your record can affect your ability to have a concealed carry permit in Ohio.  If you are facing criminal charges, talk to an Ohio criminal defense attorney ASAP regarding your charges and their potential affect on your CHL permit.
